Welcome to DSN Time-EX. By using this website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

The Service is a time tracking tool that allows users to manually enter and store time data.

We do not sell products, process payments, or track users beyond the time data they voluntarily enter.

This service is used to track time and effort for internal and client projects for time and effort and/or billing purposes.

Only users granted access will have access to the Service.

This service is used by DSN employees, sub-contractors, or client staff needing to track time and effort for a project tasks.

2. User Responsibilities

• You agree to enter accurate and truthful time data.
• You will not use the Service for unlawful or harmful activities.
• You will not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security.
• You are not to enter PII, PHI, or other sensitive information into notes fields.

3. Data and Privacy

We only store the information necessary to provide the Service, such as time entries you create and basic account information (if applicable).

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or track your behavior outside of the Service.

Your entered data will likely be used for time and effort or direct billing purposes regarding time and services you are providing DSN clients or DSN internal reporting.

Your information is not given to clients other than the name of the person and hours doing the particular task. It should be assumed that Project Notes will be shared.

4. Ownership of Data

DSN owns the time and effort data for projects and is to be used by DSN for billing and tiem and effort purposes.

5. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Microsoft Azure has a 99.9% SLA. Data is backed up across multiple regions.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, and/or employment is terminated.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.

Microsoft Azure has a 99.9% SLA. Data is backed up across multiple regions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
